Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across KSA. Deliveries are carried out from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

We usually deliver within three to five business days. An additional amount of SR 50 will be charged per shipment for all locations in KSA. We will provide you the exact shipping cost upon check out.

We deliver within 3hrs for orders only in Riyadh & Jeddah from 10:00am to 6:00pm (Saturday to Thursday) provided that the item is available in the designated city and does not require any name engraving or include flowers arrangements.

Flower arrangements are available only in Riyadh and Jeddah and cannot be delivered to any other location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Only. Delivery charges SR 50 to be paid additionally. For all COD orders, please pay at the time of delivery. Kindly reply as soon as possible to facilitate immediate delivery. No Cancellations Allowed. Kindly note we support POS payment by card.
